When returning from a day or spell of absence, you will be required to let your manager know you have returned using the self-service back to work form.
Once logged in to the platform, you will see a red banner on your Employee Hub dashboard:
Clicking the banner will bring up the Back to work/Self certified return to work dialog:
Complete all mandatory sections, as well as any additional information fields that are relevant to you.
Finally, click the 'Acknowledge' button to fill in the Employee Acknowledgement fields with an online signature & date/time stamp:
To send this information back to your Absence Manager, all that's required is to click Submit and you're done!
