You can submit a leave cancellation on any planned leave request, regardless of its current status.
To cancel a request, you can open the request by clicking on it in the Calendar:
By heading to My Leave Requests in the side navigation:
Or by accessing the record via the 'My Calendar' option:
Once the leave request record is open, click cancel at the top right:
You will be prompted to enter a reason for cancelling the request:
Once submitted, you'll receive a notification of cancellation:
The leave request will be cancelled as soon as the approver has confirmed the cancellation; until this time, the request we be awaiting cancellation with your Line Manager.
