Step 1: Access the Employee Hub
- Log in to the Employee Hub.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Absence Records
You have two options depending on the type of absence:
For Planned Leave Requests:
- Go to the side navigation menu.
- Select My Leave Requests under the Absence sub-menu.
For Unplanned Absences:
- Select My Absences from the same Absence sub-menu.
Step 3: Filter Your Records
You can refine the list using the available filters:
For Leave Requests:
- Filter by Leave Type (e.g., Annual, Sick).
- Filter by Status.
- Filter by Leave Year.
For Absences:
- Filter by Status (e.g., Approved, Pending).
- Filter by Leave Year.
