How do I view my Leave Requests and my Absences?

Step 1: Access the Employee Hub

  • Log in to the Employee Hub.

Step 2: Navigate to Your Absence Records

You have two options depending on the type of absence:

  • For Planned Leave Requests:

    • Go to the side navigation menu.
    • Select My Leave Requests under the Absence sub-menu.
  • For Unplanned Absences:

    • Select My Absences from the same Absence sub-menu.

Step 3: Filter Your Records

You can refine the list using the available filters:

  • For Leave Requests:

    • Filter by Leave Type (e.g., Annual, Sick).
    • Filter by Status.
    • Filter by Leave Year.
  • For Absences:

    • Filter by Status (e.g., Approved, Pending).
    • Filter by Leave Year.
