Welcome to the Employee Hub! Our absence management software is designed to make it easy for you to request leave and manage your time off. Here’s a quick guide to help you navigate the Employee Hub:
To sign in, simply follow the link provided and use the username and password given to you.
Once you’re in, you’ll be greeted by the Employee Hub dashboard, which provides a convenient overview of all the important information related to your leave and absences. The dashboard contains various widgets, including the Department Calendar, Calendar, My Leave Summary, Upcoming Leave, Leave Requests Awaiting Approval, and My Tasks.
The Department Calendar widget allows you to view all leave and absences for the current week, with the option to display other departments as well. The Calendar widget provides a monthly view of your leave and absences, allowing you to easily identify your non-working days. You can also request leave directly from the Calendar widget.
The Leave Summary widget offers a breakdown of your Leave Allocation for the current year, showing the amount initially allocated to you, amount carried over from the previous year, amount taken, amount remaining, and any leave adjustments.
The Upcoming Leave widget displays any upcoming leave in a list format, while the Leave Requests Awaiting Approval widget shows the number of requests awaiting a decision from your Line Manager.
Lastly, the My Tasks widget provides a quick overview of any tasks awaiting your completion, with the option to filter tasks based on status or type.
