Adding Confidential Records to an Employee Profile

There are three ways to add Confidential Records/Documents to employee profiles via the HR Hub.


1. The first is directly onto the employee profile. The HR manager can either search for the employee using the Search Employees function or by selecting > HR Hub > Total Employees.



Once the employee profile has been selected, documents can be added by selecting (+) on the Documents tab.


This will display the below dialogue with the option to select the Document Type, Title, Document Date, Expiry Date.

It also displays the option to enable employee access to the document, add comments and upload a file.

 

 

2. The second option to upload a document is via > HR Hub > Confidential Record - Create

 

 

This will display the below dialogue with the option to select the select an Employee(s), Document Type, Title, Document Date, Expiry Date.

It also displays the option to enable employee access to the document, add comments and upload a file.

 

 

3. The third option is via > HR Hub > Documents > All Documents > (+)

 


This will display the below dialogue with the option to select the select an Employee(s), Document Type, Title, Document Date, Expiry Date.

It also displays the option to enable employee access to the document, add comments and upload a file.
