The Obsolete Policies section of the Handbook Administration is an archive of any decommissioned, or previous versions, of any policies created in the software.
When a revision of a policy is created, the previous version will be stored within the software, but as an obsolete document. This will allow the administration staff access to older versions, without unnecessary information clogging up the Handbook itself.
To view obsolete policies and document templates, please select Administration > Handbook > Obsolete Policies:
