The advanced leave request page grants you more flexibility when creating a request.
In the details section at the top of the form, you may change the approver for each stage of this records approval. The approver's you’re able to select from are configured by HR.
The Calendar section displays the leave calendar for the current year. Select the required leave dates on the calendar by clicking or dragging. The dates selected will be highlighted in blue and can be removed or added at any time by clicking into the boxes.
You can click on the Part Day Selector tab to modify any of the selected dates. Depending on the leave type, you’ll be able to change any of the dates to morning, afternoon, full day, or custom. When selecting custom, you can enter the hours of the request.
Who Else is Off allows you to see your department and upcoming leave.
The Supporting Information section allows you to provide any comments and attachments.
The Notifications section allows you to specify who else needs to be notified when your leave is.
