Step 1: Access the HR Hub
- Navigate to the HR Hub section of your system.
Step 2: Go to Employees
- Within the HR Hub, select “Employees.”
Step 3: Open Archived Employees
- From the Employees section, click on “Archived Employees.”
Step 4: View and Filter
- You’ll now see a list of all archived employees.
- You can filter the list by:
- Department
- Employee Surname
ℹ️ What is an Archived Employee?
An Archived Employee is someone who no longer works for the business.
Once their Contract End Date is reached:
- Their system access is blocked
- Their profile is moved to the archived section
