Employee Account Types

To view/edit an employee's Account Type, you must first access the employee profile:

 

1. Select HR Hub

2. Select Total Employees

3. Open the Employee's profile

*You can also access an employee's profile by entering their name in the search bar:

 

Towards the bottom of the employee profile, the account types option is displayed:

 

Any of these options can be selected and will provide a different level of access for a user, the explanations of these are below:

 

After you’ve selected the option you want, click Save to submit the changes:
