Issuing Username and Password Emails

When creating a new user account in the software, the HR team will have the ability to manage the sending of new username and password emails to their new employees to the platform.

Additional to sending the new username and password emails, employees who have reported to you that they are struggling to log in can also be issued a reset password email directly from the software.

Navigating to this handy tool can be done by selecting the HR Hub > Employees > Issue & Reset Password:

Selecting the left-side menu option, you will be redirected into the following view:

For new employees, we recommend sending the new employee username and password email:

And for resetting a forgotten password, we recommend the right-most option to send a single email to reset the password:


On both of the options available, you can issue the email notifications to a single employee, or multiple employees using the employee picker, or the payroll number options.

Once you have found the relevant employees. select Send Username and Password Emails / Send Password Reset Emails.
