To create a scoring system for the Appraisals, select the Competency Scores option from the Administration menu:
Next, click the (+) button in the top right corner of the screen:
On the following screen, you will be asked to complete a few fields to define your scores:
| Score Value | The value associated with that score (for reporting purposes). |
| Score Text | This will be one of the levels that the appraisee has achieved. For example; Strongly Agree, Agree, Neither, Disagree, Strongly Disagree |
| Score Order | Determines where the score appears in the list. |
| Score Colour | Helps indicate the answer's importance in a clear manner. |
| Comments and Evidence | Tick this option if evidence is required to support the answer. |
