Using the HR Hub, you can find an overview of All Requests within the system. This view will provide you with a comprehensive list that can easily display the information required.
To access All Requests in the software, select the Absence menu to the left, and then All Requests in the sub-menu:
On the following screen you'll be provided with a list of all leave requests that have been entered in the system by all of your current employees.
The following view will provide you with a table of information broken down into several columns.
The table will include:
- Start and End date of the request
- Duration of request
- Name of the requestor
- Department
- Leave type e.g., Annual Leave
- Status of the request
- Current approver for the request
There are some additional features provided for you to filter the results of the All Request view, allowing you to tailor which leave type, year and department you are looking to analyse.
All filters are located in the top right of the screen:
