Introducing the HR Hub, where the HR Team will be able to oversee and manage the planned and unplanned absences for all employees within the business.

The Dashboard

Selecting the HR Hub will bring you to a dashboard with a number of informative widgets that will offer you a quick overview of the current absences in the software; planned or unplanned.

The information is divided across widgets that will focus the HR user's attention on specific parts of the software.

Small dashboard widgets:

  • Total Employees
  • Employees Absent
  • Absence Percentage
  • Checklists in Progress
  • Tasks in Progress
  • Personal Details Changes

Large dashboard widgets:

  • Employee Count by Department
  • Absence Headline
  • All Outstanding Checklists
  • Joiners/Leavers
  • Currently on Probation
  • Working Notice Period

Employee Count by Department

Absence Headline

The Absence Headline is a snapshot of the employee absences across the whole company, based on a rolling 12 month period.

If you would like to see more information relating to the absence headline, please see the following article on Unplanned Absence Reports.

All Outstanding Checklists

Keeping track of checklist completion progress can be done simply using the All Outstanding Checklists widget on the HR dashboard.  At a glance, HR can see how many checklists are still outstanding, and view a snapshot of its overall progress.

Selecting the arrow in the top right corner will take you to the All Checklists view.

Joiners/Leaver

The below widget will give the HR user a brief forecast of the joiners and leavers across a 7 month period. This widget is supplemented by the currently working probation and working notice period widgets below.

Currently on Probation

New employees that have been assigned a probation end date on the employee profile will be visible in the widget below, allow HR users a snapshot of when these end dates are due.

Once the probation end date has been passed, the employee will disappear from the widget unless this date is amended.

Working Notice Period

See who is working their notice period.  You can set a notice period by following the 'Mark as leaver' process found here.
