Email Body & Email Stationary Templates

When using the Checklist and Tasks, it is possible to configure bespoke email stationary and email body templates that will be sent automatically when tasks are placed in a certain status.

During this article we will discuss how to:

  • Create Email Body templates
  • Create Email Stationary templates

Creating Email Body Templates

Found under the Administration > Templates section, Email Body templates allow the administration team to define the bespoke emails and the information they contain when a task enters a certain status.

Selecting Email Body and then (+) on the following screen

 

will redirect you to the Create Email Template form:

From here you will need to assign:

  • Name
    • The name of the trigger, e.g., "You have completed your assigned task."
  • Enabled/Disabled
    • Is the email template active?
  • Notification Trigger
    • Choose which status this email notification will be triggered by.
  • Recipients
    • Who should receive this email in addition to the task owner.
  • Email Stationary Template
    • Which email stationary template should be used.

Once you have assigned the basic information above, you can then move on to the Subject of your email and the contents:

To save your new Email Body template, select the Save button at the top:
