When using the Checklist and Tasks, it is possible to configure bespoke email stationary and email body templates that will be sent automatically when tasks are placed in a certain status.
During this article we will discuss how to:

Creating Email Stationary Templates
Creating Email Body Templates
Found under the Administration > Templates section, Email Body templates allow the administration team to define the bespoke emails and the information they contain when a task enters a certain status.
Selecting Email Body and then (+) on the following screen
will redirect you to the Create Email Template form:
From here you will need to assign:

Name
- The name of the trigger, e.g., "You have completed your assigned task."

Enabled/Disabled
- Is the email template active?

Notification Trigger
- Choose which status this email notification will be triggered by.

Recipients
- Who should receive this email in addition to the task owner.

Email Stationary Template
- Which email stationary template should be used.
Once you have assigned the basic information above, you can then move on to the Subject of your email and the contents:
To save your new Email Body template, select the Save button at the top:
