While Activ Absence applies a default set of widgets to the Employee Dashboard based on the employee's access role, it is possible to add additional widgets to as required.
Each Hub is separated based on Access Role (HR, Line Manager, Employee), and can be amended individually to enhance the user experience.
To add additional widgets, please follow the instructions below:
- Select Administration > Absence > System Configuration
- On the Dashboard tab, each block is separated by Access Role:
- Click in the space where it says "click here to add a dashboard widget" and select the additional widgets required from the list:
- Finally, click the Save button in the top right to save the changes.
