Resetting an Employee's Password can be done by following the few below steps:
1. Search for the employee using the Search Employee feature
2. Click their name from the drop-down menu to open their profile
Or alternatively navigate to the current employees within the HR hub:
Once within the employee's profile, click the Reset Password or Send Password Email button:
Clicking this button will prompt you to confirm that you're wanting to reset the users password. If sure click confirm. If the employee has an email address assigned to their profile, they will receive a copy of their new login credentials via email. Please note that should you manually set the password with the rest password option, the employee will be free to change their password once they've been able to log into the system successfully.
