How do I reset an employee's password?

Option 1: Issue password reset via the employee profile

  1. Go to the Search Employee feature in your HR system.
  2. Type the employee’s name in the search bar.
  3. Click on their name from the drop-down list to open their profile.
  4. Select 'Set Password' and type the password you would like to set.


Option 2: Manually set the password

  1. Go to the Search Employee feature in your HR system.
  2. Type the employee’s name in the search bar.
  3. Select the employee whose password you want to reset.
  4. Select 'Set Password' and type the password you would like to set


Option 3: Via the HR Hub Password Management page

  1. Go to the HR Hub.
  2. Select Employees.
  3. Click on Issue & Reset Passwords from the left-side menu.
  4. Enter employees name in the Send password reset option on the right side of the screen and select the required employee name.
  5. Then select 'Send Password Reset Emails'.

Additional Notes

  • If you manually set the password, the employee can change it later after logging in.
  • Always ensure the employee’s email is up-to-date to avoid delivery issues.
