How do I assign an employee their Approvers?

Assigning an Employee their Approvers can be done by following the few simple steps below:

 

1. Search for the employee using the Search Employee feature

2. Click their name from the drop-down menu to open their profile

Once within the employee's profile open their Configuration tab:

Once within the Configuration tab, scroll down until you find 5 fields called Approver Level 1-5.

Once you've found these you will need to put the name of the desired Approver within each of the desired Approver Level 1-5 fields:

Once the desired Approver's name has been listed in the appropriate fields, click Save at the top of the profile to submit the changes.

Once the changes have been submitted, moving forward any Leave and Absence notifications for the employee will be sent to the relevant Approvers.
